Roctool, the French specialist in high-performance induction technologies for plastic and composite molding, announces the signing of a strategic €6 million order covering multiple Roctool systems intended for the production of composite parts for a major player in the aeronautics and defense sectors. This follows the announcements made in the press releases dated July 30 and November 12, 2025. This order includes the equipment of several production lines using Roctool technologies dedicated to advanced composite part manufacturing, meeting demanding requirements in performance, cycle time, and repeatability.
“This order marks an important milestone for Roctool. It rewards the commitment of our teams and validates the relevance of our technologies for the most demanding composite applications. Combined with the strong commercial momentum seen in recent months, it illustrates the return of real market confidence. The operational efforts initiated over the past months are paying off and allow us to approach the next stages of our development with greater visibility,” said Mathieu Boulanger, CEO of Roctool.
Technology Reminder: A Unique Molding Solution Covering both Injection and Composites Roctool technologies rely on fast induction heating, enabling:
- optimization of cycle times and part quality in plastic injection,
- advanced control of thermoset and thermoplastic composite compression processes thanks to high-performance induction heating (patented technologies).
This versatility is increasingly valued and is gradually replacing older heating methods such as oil, water, or electric cartridges, which are energy-intensive and less efficient in cycling.
Significant Impact on Fiscal Year 2026
Deliveries related to this contract will take place mainly in 2026 and 2027, with a positive impact on revenue starting in 2026. The order reinforces the Group’s commercial visibility for the next 12 to 24 months.
Strengthened Commercial Momentum following the K-2025 Trade Fair
In addition to actions initiated earlier this year, Roctool continues to benefit from a steady flow of commercial opportunities after the K 2025 trade fair (October 2025), covering several sectors including mobility, electronics, consumer goods, and automotive lighting. Many projects are now advancing toward more advanced phases. This trend confirms the Group’s ongoing commercial progress in plastics and composites.
