Another important step towards the roll-out of our first Do228 NXT, scheduled for the summer, has been completed.
At our General Atomics AeroTec Systems facility, the fully painted wing was meticulously lifted onto the fuselage using the hall crane. In this so-called “wedding”, the wing is securely connected to the fuselage with four bolts.
Another successes: The right engine has also been installed and the landing gear tests have been successfully completed.
This progress underscores the outstanding work and commitment of our team in Oberpfaffenhofen. We are proud to be actively driving forward technical progress in aviation and look forward to the next steps leading up to the premiere this year.
