New generation Auxiliary Power Unit capable of supplying AC power (40 kVA electric power output) for onboard network, and compressed air for main engine starting and cabin conditioning. Derived from Safir 5K/G MI but with redesigned combustion chamber, fuel system and control unit, and added fire resistant shielding.
