Air Data Computers (ADCs) are avionic units that acquire raw pneumatic inputs from pitot-static systems and process them digitally to derive calibrated airspeed, Mach number, altitude, vertical speed, and air temperature parameters, outputting conditioned data via ARINC 429 or ARINC 717 buses to flight management and autopilot systems; their manufacture involves precision MEMS pressure transducers, embedded signal-processing ASICs, and DO-178C-compliant flight software.
