Machine screws are precision-threaded fasteners manufactured to close tolerances in accordance with AN, MS, and NAS standards, produced from aerospace-grade aluminium alloys, titanium, A286 corrosion-resistant steel, and nickel superalloys using CNC screw-machining and thread-rolling processes, with drive configurations including Phillips, hexagonal socket, and Torx, finished by anodising, cadmium plating, or dry-film lubrication for environmental resistance.
