Passenger seating encompasses the design, manufacture, and certification of economy, business, and first-class seat assemblies to FAR/CS 25.562 dynamic and static load requirements, incorporating aluminium and titanium structural frames, composite seat-pan and backrest shells formed from carbon-fibre-reinforced polymer (CFRP) or glass-fibre-reinforced polymer (GFRP), recline and leg-rest actuation mechanisms, integrated IFE mounting provisions, and PED-compatible power outlets, all qualified to DO-160 environmental standards.
