International Communications Group (ICG) today announced that Dassault Falcon has selected ICG to provide Iridium satellite communication systems and handsets as optional equipment for the entire Falcon family of aircraft.
"We are proud to be working with a company known for its industry leadership and range of quality business aircraft," said Armin Jabs, president of ICG. "This agreement with Dassault confirms that ICG's line of innovative products live up to even the most stringent quality standards."
Products available for installation include the ICS-100, ICS-200 and the CIS-100 Iridium Communications Systems transceivers. Under the terms of the contract, Dassault will also install both 2-Wire and 4-Wire versions of the Sigma7 retractor reel handset, the JetPhone, and ICG's cordless phone system; ringer assemblies; and the PTA 12 Dialer.
In addition, ICG will establish a European service and repair facility, for which plans are currently underway.
