Woodward, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Valve Research & Manufacturing Company (VR), a Florida-based manufacturer of high-precision flow control valves for aerospace applications. The transaction, originally announced on March 9, 2026, closed on March 31, 2026.
VR’s approximately 130 employees are now Woodward members and will operate as part of Woodward’s Fuel Systems and Controls business within the Aerospace segment. The facility in Deerfield Beach, Florida, will continue operations as the Woodward Florida Campus (WFC).
