JetZero announces renovation plans for new Greensboro headquarters, The Hub
Monday, 15 June 2026

JetZero today unveiled plans for the renovation of The Hub, the company's new 108,000-square-foot headquarters located within its recently announced manufacturing campus in Greensboro, North Carolina.

The Hub is part of JetZero's first production and final assembly campus, an 8-million-square-foot facility spanning more than 600 acres that will support development and manufacturing of the company's revolutionary Z4 aircraft.

The integrated design process for The Hub was led through a close partnership between JetZero's Executive Creative Director of Workplace Innovation and Campus Experience, Dario Antonioni, and architecture and interiors partner, Cline. Antonioni and his team will oversee the workplace strategy, design direction, campus planning, workplace experience, and environmental storytelling across JetZero's facilities, while working closely with Cline to translate those goals into a built environment.

Unlike traditional aerospace organisations that rely heavily on outside consultants to define workplace strategy, JetZero develops its workplace, campus, and employee experience vision internally in collaboration with the design team. External architecture and engineering partners are engaged to help realise and execute that vision while contributing technical expertise throughout the design and construction process. External A&E partners are engaged to help realise the vision through construction.

The Hub renovation will transform an existing three-storey building, circa 1988, into a highly collaborative workplace designed to attract world-class talent and support the rapid pace of innovation required to bring a new commercial aircraft to market.

The design balances open collaboration environments, focused workspaces, project rooms, innovation zones, executive briefing areas, and social gathering spaces. Throughout the building, employees and visitors will experience a workplace that celebrates JetZero's mission, technology, and culture while fostering transparency and cross-functional collaboration.

Anchoring the experience is a dramatic three-storey lobby atrium that serves as the cultural heart of the building, creating a memorable first impression for employees, partners, customers, investors, and future recruits.

"At JetZero, we believe the workplace itself can become a competitive advantage," said Dario Antonioni, Executive Creative Director of Workplace Innovation and Campus Experience. "The environments we're creating are designed to accelerate collaboration, increase visibility of work, strengthen culture, and inspire the teams building the future of aviation. Every space is intentionally designed to help great ideas move faster."

JetZero is collaborating with Cline on the architecture and interior design and renovation of both The Hub in Greensboro and the company's Design Center campus in Long Beach, California. Cline is providing architectural, interior design, and technical expertise to support implementation of JetZero's workplace vision.

"Collaborating with JetZero's leadership and design team has been an incredible opportunity," said Mark Odom, Principal at Cline. "JetZero has established a clear vision for how its environments can support innovation, growth, and collaboration, and we're honoured to help bring that vision to life."

Renovation of The Hub is expected to begin in June 2026 with completion anticipated in early 2027.
