PRESS RELEASE
Issued by: Green Charter 2022
Elite Aviation Products (EAP) is proud to announce the acquisition of its second manufacturing facility located in Tustin, CA! At over 34,000 sq. ft., this acquisition effectively triples Elite Aviation Products' manufacturing capacity.
President & CEO Dustin Tillman said of the acquisition, “It's extraordinarily exciting for Elite to be able to take this next step so early in our company's history. Quite a reflection of the times, and the tremendous growth in the A&D market. Clean capacity creation is needed now more than ever to support the demand pressures in front of us, and we're honored to be in a position to do our part.”
EAP's Tustin facility will serve as the centerpiece, and center of excellence, for the second phase of its business plan, and will expand on the already comprehensive suite of services offered. Some of the advanced machining capabilities to be implemented will include: automation, robotics, multiple pallet changing systems, and increased R&D activities from EAP's subsidiary, e3 (Elite Engineering Services).
Elite Aviation Product's new Tustin facility is located just minutes away from EAP's headquarters in Irvine, CA, and only a handful of miles from some of their largest customers. Being in such close proximity to these customers allows for extremely efficient partnerships and favorable logistics—things that are commonly absent in the chaotic and under-capacitated aerospace supply chain.
