International Water-Guard Industries Inc. (IWG) is pleased to announce the delivery of its first all-new IWG-A6 water treatment units to Gulfstream Aerospace.
"The first all new IWG-A6's will go to the all-new Gulfstream G650 project. Our team is pleased and proud to have its equipment standard on this ultra-long range and very high speed business jet," said IWG President & Chief Executive Officer David C. Fox.
The IWG-A6 incorporates a new modular design, allowing many water system product configurations to be developed from common building blocks. It also has the enhanced self-monitoring capability available in IWG's latest water treatment units. While ensuring that necessary ultraviolet light is produced to disinfect the aircraft's water supply, its self-monitoring system also scans for a range of fault conditions, which can be reported to a cabin management system through industry standard data protocols.
International Water-Guard is a Canadian aerospace company focusing on aircraft potable water treatment and full water system solutions. IWG has expertise in all aspects of water treatment, and has the products and know-how to provide high quality water for passengers and crew, and light weight, space saving solutions for the aircraft operator.
