Following the successful completion of the first round-the-world flight in a solar airplane, the Solar Impulse Foundation under the direction of Prof. Bertrand Piccard is facing a new challenge: the selection of 1000 solutions (# 1000solutions), which can profitably protect the environment.

One of them is the h-aero. The h-aero flight systems were awarded the Efficiency Solution Label of the Solar Impulse Foundation in June 2018.

This label is awarded to solutions and solutions that meet the high standards of sustainable and profitable action.

Each solution is subject to rigorous evaluation procedures conducted by independent experts.

With this label Solar Impulse wants to close the gap between ecology and economy.
