PRESS RELEASE
Issued by: Corena USA Inc.
By working closely with the technical publications staff at Bombardier, CORENA has developed yet another pre-configured S1000D program for suppliers to aircraft OEMs.
The Learjet 85 program has recently defined it's data specifications in the CORENA S1000D software. These specifications are needed by suppliers to be able to transfer critical technical publications data to Learjet 85. CORENA is pre-configuring its software with the Learjet 85 parameters so that suppliers can generate their data in total compliance with the Learjet 85 implementation of the S1000D standard.
"At the recent Learjet 85 supplier conference, we demonstrated how the Learjet program uses CORENA S1000D to plan, generate, manage and publish technical manuals in different formats and media", says Toralf Johannessen, CEO of CORENA. He continues, "By putting Learjet's S1000D parameters in our application and CSDB, CORENA makes things really easy for Learjet suppliers. If they use this solution, it will greatly ease the transfer of their data to Learjet, which used to be quite challenging and costly".
The program consists of a license for up to 5 users, the CORENA S1000D CSDB software pre-configured with the Learjet 85 data module requirements, and 40 hours of installation, training, and operational support. With it's more than 15 years of S1000D experience, CORENA offers world--class support for training, installation and operations.
