Argonaut Private Equity continues the growth of its Fund V portfolio with its acquisition of Pryer Aerospace. Founded in 1965 as Pryer Machine & Tool, Pryer Aerospace supports military aviation, commercial aviation, and space programs with complex aerospace structural assembly components supported by precision machining and sheet metal fabrication capabilities. Their experience includes work with top companies like Blue Origin, Boeing, Cessna, Spirit Aerosystems, Gulfstream, and more.

Pryer Aerospace is the latest addition to Argonaut’s Fund V portfolio. With both companies based in Tulsa, this acquisition aligns with Argonaut’s strategy to partner with Middle America-based businesses in the manufacturing and industrials sectors.

Argonaut and Pryer Aerospace plan to work together with their team of over 165 professionals to expand operations into the rapidly growing space launch sector.
