Regal Rexnord Aerospace Solutions has enhanced its electro-mechanical actuator capabilities for aerospace and defence customers. By integrating technologies from its portfolio of brands including Rexnord Aerospace, Kollmorgen, Portescap, Nook, Thomson, Delevan and Formsprag, the company has created complete EMA subsystems aimed at delivering high reliability, simplified supply chains and shorter lead times.

Its components, which include motors, bearings, seals, resolvers, magnetics, screws, clutches and brakes, are now developed under a single design model across 12 AS9100-certified sites worldwide. The systems are being manufactured and tested to withstand extreme shock, vibration and temperature environments.
