The contract extension is set to provide Embraer with advanced aluminium solutions from Constellium facilities in France and the United States.

Constellium has extended its agreement with Embraer for the supply of high-performance aluminium solutions, including its aluminium-lithium alloy Airware. The deal supports Embraer’s Commercial Aviation, Executive Jets and Defence & Security divisions.

“We are proud and honoured to extend our long-term partnership with Embraer in the aerospace and defence sectors,” says Philippe Hoffmann, president of Constellium’s Aerospace and Transportation business unit. “This contract reflects our deep commitment to supporting Embraer’s growth. It is also part of Constellium’s broader strategy to support the aerospace industry’s increasing demand for advanced materials, especially in key programmes requiring lightweight, high-performance components.”

“Our partnership with Constellium is grounded on high quality, reliable performance and close collaboration. Extending this agreement reflects our shared commitment to building a robust and efficient supply chain, driving sustainable growth for our businesses,” adds Roberto Chaves, Embraer’s executive vice president of global procurement and supply chain.

Constellium will supply from its sites in Issoire, France and Ravenswood, West Virginia. The company develops and manufactures speciality plates, sheets and extrusions for aircraft, defence and space markets. Its Airware alloy is part of a portfolio offering lightweight and high-performance aluminium solutions with industrial and recycling capabilities.
