Stenciling covers the application of identification markings, part numbers, logos, caution notices and other alphanumeric data directly onto aerospace components and assemblies using cut stencils in conjunction with spray, brush or roller techniques, employing paints, inks and coatings qualified to applicable MIL-SPEC and AMS standards for adhesion, chemical resistance and legibility.
