Telephonics Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Griffon Corporation (NYSE:GFF), announced today that its Radar Systems Division has received a contract from The Boeing Company to supply APS-143C(V)3 Multi-Mode Radar (MMR) for India's P-8i aircraft. The contract includes systems to support (8) P-8i Aft Radar installations integration and support services.

"We are very pleased to have been selected for this important program", said Kevin McSweeney, President of the Radar Systems Division. "We are looking forward to supporting Boeing on this program and to further serving the Indian Defence Force on future programs."
