PRESS RELEASE
Issued by: Collins Aerospace, Interiors & Cabin Seating
EMTEQ has been awarded a long-term contract by Gulfstream Aerospace to design, develop and manufacture interior and exterior LED lighting packages for the Gulfstream G650 business jet. The G650 offers the longest range, fastest speed, largest cabin and the most advanced cockpit in the Gulfstream fleet.
The interior product solutions EMTEQ is providing for the G650 consist of custom designed dome and reading lights for the flight deck, aft compartment lights, exit signs, air stair lights which provide unique, welcoming lighting on the aircraft, and outlets. Improved lighting onboard the G650 offers a well lit cabin environment suitable for meetings and rest while in flight.
EMTEQ's exterior lighting designs are customized for the G650. The exterior lighting package consists of wing inspection lights, logo lights, wheel well lights, service panel lights, indicator and pylon lights. Reduced-size logo and service panel lights replace much larger products currently on the market.
