Earning revenue of €1.9 billion in 2025, Daher advanced its “Take Off 2027” five-year strategic plan, demonstrating the company’s ability to address sovereignty challenges while continuing international growth with operations in 17 countries.
Among the year’s highlights was the successful first flight of the EyePulse MALE (Medium Altitude Long Endurance) drone demonstrator, developed in six months, which positions Daher as a key player in aerospace and defense. Additionally, the sustained internationalization of its activities – with 4,000 employees based outside of France – confirms the Daher Group’s global reach. Finally, the expansion of its technology centers enables Daher, in particular, to consolidate its leadership in thermoplastic composites (which was recognized with a JEC Innovation Award).
A transformative 2025: sovereign innovation and environmental progress
The year was notably marked by the first flight of the EyePulse MALE drone demonstrator, designed and integrated in record time. This success symbolizes Daher’s growing role in aerospace and defense, and illustrates the Group’s increasing mastery of complex system architecture, dual-use technology management and high-level avionics integration. EyePulse reflects the strength of Daher’s business model, based on the complementarity of its four business lines and a global industrial tool capable of rapid innovation at the service of national sovereignty.
The Group also continued its international expansion. Daher opened new offices in Brazil (Aircraft) and the United Arab Emirates (Industrial Services), which mark key milestones in its global network.
At the end of 2025, 4,000 employees were based outside of France, representing 28% of the Group’s total 14,500-person workforce and 55% of Daher's international revenue – reflecting the structural internationalization of its activities.
In the United States, activity is growing. The new aircraft final assembly line (FAL) project is progressing as planned for Daher-built TBM and Kodiak airplanes at the Stuart, Florida site: construction of the building is underway, and the first assembled aircraft will roll out in 2027, complementing the existing FALs at Tarbes in France (TBM) and Sandpoint, Idaho in the U.S. (Kodiak).
In 2025, the Group’s workforce increased from 14,000 to a new total of 14,500 employees (+3.6% year-on-year), with women representing 27% of the total. This momentum is supported by school outreach and recruitment efforts, where women account for 31% of hires. In terms of attractiveness, Daher onboarded 2,772 external hires, up approximately 11% versus 2024 (2,500), composed of 1,427 in France and 1,345 internationally.
To support production rate increases, the Daher Group relies on its Daher Learning Center network, composed of four training centers across its four business lines – in France (Colomiers, Cornebarrieu, Tarbes) and in the United States (Stuart) – providing more than 163,000 hours of training.
2025 also marked a significant step in the Group’s decarbonization with the deployment of its climate policy, structured around four pillars: reduction in emissions; supplier engagement; weight reduction of its products and eco-design; and adaptation of its sites in relation to climate risks. This policy sets a roadmap aligned with the Paris Agreement on climate change, aiming for a 50% reduction in operational emissions by 2032 versus 2022, with an initial target of -23% by 2027.
This strategy is already delivering tangible results, with a 15% reduction in emissions since 2022, in line with the Group’s roadmap. This ambition was recognized in early 2026 with a Leadership score of “A-” from the independent CDP organization, positioning Daher among the most committed companies in its sector for climate transition.
Finally, 2025 saw the completion of the Daher Group’s reorganization, creating legal entities dedicated to each of the four business lines. This evolution enhances the Group’s transparency, operational agility with clients, and its ability to support sustained international growth.
Aircraft: Fly’in technology center inaugurated; capacity increase in the United States
Daher, which is recognized as the #1 in customer support in the turboprop category, maintained the momentum with 76 airplane deliveries in 2025 (51 TBM 960s, 25 Kodiaks). These deliveries strengthened its presence on the American continent (>75% of TBMs were delivered in the Americas; 23% in Europe), supported by multi-mission demand (examples include TBM 960s as Conair’s “birddog” airplanes for aerial firefighting; and Kodiak aircraft with U.S. law enforcement and public service agencies), which broadens the operator base.
As part of this momentum, Daher opened an office in Brazil to strengthen its regional presence and double its sales in the area.
Fly’in was inaugurated in January at Tarbes as the technology center dedicated to sustainable aviation (rapid prototyping, testing, data/artificial intelligence), accelerating the movement toward “more electric” aircraft and dual-role integration (including EyePulse).
Finally, to increase capacity in the United States, the Daher aircraft final assembly line at Stuart’s Witham Field in Florida is progressing as planned. Construction began after the renewal of the site’s long-term lease for Daher, with assembly of the first TBM aircraft at Stuart expected by the end of the Take Off 2027 plan, complementing the existing final assembly lines in Tarbes and Sandpoint.
Industry: Securing client ramp-ups and technological development for future aircraft
In 2025, Daher was awarded a JEC Innovation Award for its welded wing rib in thermoplastic composites, confirming the company’s technological leadership. Two years after the Shap’in technology center’s launch in Nantes, France, Daher continues to accelerate the mastery and industrialization of processes (induction welding, automation, recycling), thereby achieving weight savings up to 15% and preparing the company for future single-aisle short/mid-range aircraft (SMRs).
Meanwhile, the step-up of the company’s Tangier site in Morocco with new production activities and additional resources further strengthens Daher’s multi-site competitiveness in support of client production increases.
Industrial Services: Key presence and capabilities in proximity to clients
In 2025, Daher strengthened its role with major clients by expanding the company’s scope of work in Toulouse, France (Airbus commercial aircraft cabins; A321 final assembly line) and consolidating its positions in Tianjin, China for the Airbus A320/A321 final assembly lines – representing two strategic zones for high-rate production programs.
The opening of a Daher subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates supports the expansion of activities in a high-growth region and strengthens the Group’s ability to operate in the proximity of its clients. In terms of skills, expansion of the Daher Learning Center helps secure critical positions in assembly, integration and quality, which are at the core of operational performance.
Logistics: International deployment in the U.S.; contract renewals in France; and AI at the heart of operations
In 2025, Daher – an aerospace logistics leader in Europe – continued its international expansion with new contracts, notably in the United States (on-site logistics support for Boeing in Charleston, South Carolina) and Germany (strategic contracts with key partners). International operations represent approximately 28% of activities for Logistics employees.
2025 also was marked by the renewal of numerous contracts in France with Daher’s historical partners (Airbus, Safran, ITER, Sabena technics).
In the domain of artificial intelligence, Daher plays a central role in the French “Collective for Logistics Innovation” (a national collective aimed at coordinating innovation in the logistics and supply chain sectors), alongside France Logistique.
Through its Log’in technology center, the Daher Group designs and operates industry-wide supply chain use cases: warehouse design assistants; digital twins; automated stock management; and flow optimization, while also industrializing these solutions in the field.
