Tubular rivets are hollow-shank fasteners used in aerospace assemblies where low clamping force, light weight, or post-installation forming is required; manufactured from aluminium alloys, titanium, or corrosion-resistant steel to AMS and MIL-SPEC standards, they are installed by orbital or impact setting to cold-form the shank, and are commonly specified for non-structural bracketing, interior panels, and electrical bonding applications.
