Swaged tubing covers rigid fluid-carrying lines produced by cold-working processes in which end fittings — typically manufactured to AS1650 or NAS standards in aluminium alloy, titanium, or corrosion-resistant steel — are mechanically deformed onto tube bodies using rotary or push-type swaging equipment to create permanent, pressure-tight joints without welding or threaded connections.
