Spacers are precision-machined or moulded separation components used within tubing, conduit, and hose routing systems to maintain defined clearances, prevent chafing, and enforce positional tolerances between adjacent lines or structural elements; manufactured from aluminium alloy, titanium, CRES stainless steel, PEEK, or glass-filled thermoplastics, they are produced to AS/NAS standards via CNC machining, injection moulding, or cold forming.
