Propeller Spinners

Propeller spinners are aerodynamic fairings that enclose the propeller hub assembly, manufactured from aluminium alloy sheet or composite laminates using spin-forming, stretch-forming, or hand lay-up processes, and finished to tight geometric tolerances to ensure concentricity and balance; they typically incorporate attachment bulkheads, anti-ice provisions, and must comply with relevant FAR/CS-23 or CS-25 certification requirements.
